Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, if you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our customer service team.

 

Subscription Services

 

For our monthly subscription services:

 

- You can request a refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. After 24 hours and up to 7 days, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  

- If you choose to cancel your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be billed for the subsequent periods.
